The New Hall Art Collection is the largest collection of modern and contemporary art by women artists in Europe - the paintings, prints and sculpture are displayed throughout Murray Edwards College, Cambridge (founded as New Hall).
On public display are works by Mary Kelly, Sandra Blow, Anthea Alley, Paula Rego, Evelyn Williams, Lubaina Himid, Vanessa Jackson, Gwen Raverat, Maggie Hambling, Elisabeth Frink, Elizabeth Blackadder, Barbara Rae and Anne Redpath. In the college gardens you can see works by Barbara Hepworth, Naomi Press and Nicola Hicks.
As perhaps the most significant Cambridge artist, the New Hall Art Collection includes a significant number of Gwen Raverat's works, as can be seen here, many of them still available as original prints, cut by the artist, through this website.
